BLAST FROM THE PAST! This is a message Marilyn gave years ago which we thought you would enjoy about knowing your own times and seasons! It was before Facebook lives when she was just talking to the camera. She enjoys the real interactions so much more nowadays! May you be encouraged to recognize the season you are currently in!

Here's a little video/visual I did talking about seasons, uniqueness, comparing, andeducation. Although I used art here as an example it can be applied to many different areas even one such as learning to read. Your children may learn to read at different ages, for example, but by the time they are young teens or adults, their skill will equalize more or less.  Â

This video is one of a series we made years ago. The series is called Miss Marilyn's Visits—Blossoming Interest. It's based on the idea of Marilyn visiting one of the kids and talking with them about their project or skill, and then talking with the Mom about the kid's character involved in the project. Blossoming Interest differs from Miss Marilyn's Visits as it shows the progression of a long term interest instead of a single project. This one is in 2 parts about Barbie Poling's son, Phillip, and his interest in hand made instruments.
